Edoardo is the founding partner of Valeocon Management Consulting, leader of the UK team and CEO of Baseline. He is a certified consultant and instructor in the Lean Six Sigma approach to quality.
In 2009, Edoardo was the recipient of the “Consulting and Training Excellence Award” given by the Italian business community (companies, managers, consultants) as a recognition for the last 18 years supporting his clients in their transformative journeys.
Since 1995, Mr. Monopoli has consulted with global clients of different industries. Prior to consulting, he worked in the fast moving consumer goods industry as a European leadership development manager. Edoardo Monopoli partners with senior executives on their personal, leadership team and business strategies for sustainable success, combining performance improvement with real people engagement.
Since 2016 he is helping Baseline address his clients’ compliance needs via an innovative multi-disciplinary approach that combines management consultancy and legal skills in order to provide integrated solutions to clients facing challenging commercial dilemmas with a legal element, including regulatory compliance and major technology-enabled change programs.
He is currently based in London.
