Access to the webpages hosted on the website www.fivetimesmusic.com (hereinafter, the “Site”) implies the user’s acceptance of the following terms of use (“Terms of Use“).

This Site is owned by Five Times Music S.r.l. (hereinafter, “FTM”) and is intended solely for information purposes about activities, services and news of FTM. In the event of non-acceptance, the user must refrain from using the Site.

FTM reserves the right to update and modify the Terms of Use anytime with no prior notice to the user and the user will be responsible for reading the new Terms of Use, which will be considered binding from the time of their publication online.

Therefore, FTM invites the user to periodically check the Terms of Use and other sections of the Site such as the “Privacy Policy” and the “Cookie Policy”.

Intellectual property rights

All the content hosted on the Site, including, without limitation, texts, documents, images, logos, trademarks, registered and unregistered, distinctive marks, photographs and their organization, page layouts, designs of the Site and the connected software (“Content“) are covered by Italian copyright law (Law 22/4/1941, n. 633) and the international and national applicable intellectual and industrial property law.

FTM is the sole and exclusive owner of the Content or has the right to use the Content. No provision of these Terms of Use can be considered or construed as granting a licence to the user or any third party on the Content.

Use of the Site and Content

The Site and the Content can be used for personal use only. The reproduction of the Contents is forbidden, even partially, unless expressly authorized by FTM. The user is not allowed in any way to use the Site and its Contents for commercial and/or profit purposes and that is expressly forbidden.

The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites other than the Site owned by third parties: FTM shall not be held liable in any way for the content of such websites which are accessible through links and/or for any damage suffered by the user as a result of the use of such websites which are beyond the control of FTM.

Any information relating to personal data which is sent by the users when filling in the form in the “Contact” section of the Site will be processed in full compliance with applicable laws and the personal data processing policy provided by FTM (see Privacy Policy).


The Content is provided “as it is”, without any warranty whatsoever, express, implied or otherwise, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or expectations of the users. FTM provides no warranty whatsoever that the Content will always be accessible and/or with no errors.

Limitation of liability

FTM shall not deem liable for any damage to the users as a consequence of their access, use or download of any Content present on the Site, including viruses, malware or any other malicious electronic content present on the Site.

Applicable law

These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. Any dispute concerning the performance, the interpretation or anyway arising out of these Terms of Use shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Milan.


These Terms of Use together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy constitute the entirety of the agreement between FTM and the user of the Site with regard to the use of the Site.

Should any of the provision set forth herein be found to be unlawful, null and void or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
